Maybe they should spend some cash too

What I don’t understand is why these tech companies seemingly refuse to play the game themselves. We can argue until we’re blue in the face what good governance should be, but in the meantime, these companies: Google, Facebook, Yahoo! and others, should put up the cash and fight this thing.
